Avoiding jet lag is crucial for your business, sporting and success with your vacation destination. By planning your travel ahead with these travel tips, will make your flights enjoyable. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. Experts say it it takes your body one day per time zone that you cross to fully recover.

For anyone who has flown threw different time zones know the effects of jet lag on your body. That is why sporting teams try to arrive a day or two early to get their bodies a chance to recover. Who wants to spend the first day or two on your vacation exhausted.

A lot of airlines have introduced twice daily flights with one flight leaving during the day and another leaving at night. For an example, If you are flying from Boston to Hawaii and you can sleep during your flight. You should choose a night flight. If you are a flier who can not sleep on a fight you will want to choose the daytime flight. So during your 13 hours of flight you will have to sleep during the night or be active during the day flight.

If you choose a daytime flight. Don't knap! Stay active by watching a movie, reading a book, work on your laptop or take part in a stimulating conversation. If you take a knap, will only make the affect of jet lag worse.

Your Body Clock is telling you to go to sleep when your travel at night and if you can sleep during flight, you should awake rested.

Avoid alcohol in flight, the pressurized air in the cabin dehydrates your body and affect your body clock by not giving you a full sleep. Try to drink more water to keep from dehydration.

I recommend getting out of your seat to stretch to keep your blood circulating. I hope this will make your next flight more enjoyable.
