Carnival Inspiration

(Northern California)
My name is Denise and I currently live in Northern California. I took a cruise in August of 2009 on the Carnival Inspiration. The cruise ship left Tampa and stopped at the Grand Cayman Island and also Cozumel, Mexico. The length of the trip was 5 days. It was my second cruise with Carnival and as was the last trip, this cruise was utterly amazing.
During the planning process of the cruise, we had help and assistance. The cruise was so much fun and very exciting. We booked a stateroom with a large ocean view window and the room was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for a five day cruise.
The food was unbelievable! Honestly, the food is always the best part of the cruise and that is the main reason why I go. If you want casual dining or formal dining, pizza or sushi, Carnival has it all! There are so many different desserts you can’t choose.
I participated in an off shore excursion at the Cayman Islands. I did not book the excursion with Carnival, but instead with Stingray Sailing. It was a wonderful trip on a privately owned catamaran with a drink and fruit included. We fed the strings rays and even snorkeled with an eel. It was a wonderful experience! In Cozumel, I booked a Dolphin Encounter with Carnival. The dolphin encounter was a disappointment and not worth the expense, which was quite costly.
The entertainment on the cruise is also one of my favorite reasons for traveling with Carnival. Every night there is an array of shows, games, or dances. There is always something for everyone to do and enjoy.
