Costa Cruise Ships ReviewsI have been on several cruises in the past and thought I would try Costa Atlantic for a Caribbean cruise. My experience was not great because everything on this cruise was disorganized. The staff appeared careless and were not attentive.The rooms were clean and the nite shows were similar to the other cruises and the food was fine. It all started with their booking process and not be able to book because their computers were down. Embarkation could not process are documents. I had problems with the internet service and had missing room credit. Maybe they have fixed their issues but it should be all about customer service and on this cruise they failed. Nancy, USA We booked on Costa Concordia Western Mediterranean Cruise over the Holiday Season. Boarding the ship went smooth and took very little time before we were in our room. We had an outside view cabin. The room was clean and sufficient because we did not plan to spend a lot of time in the room. The food was good but I have never experienced great food when you have to serve large groups. The night shows were great and loved the ports at Barcelona, Palermo and Rome. David, California
