The Drive to Hedonism ll will takes about 2 hours on some narrow roads. Our van driver kept us entertained all the way by sharing Jamaican History while gripping onto each other.
"Our arrival to the Resort"On our arrival at Hedonism 2 Resort, again we were greeted with smiles & drinks that are famous with Super Club Resorts. Check in was a snap & before long we were escorted to our rooms.
The resort was built in the 70's and had lush mature landscaping. The rooms were huge with recent updates but far from luxurious. We don't spend much time in our room except to sleep, shower and change. The Hedonism Resort is split between the Nude side and the Prude side (Clothes). We got the best price for our room by staying at the Prude Garden View.
I put our money in the room safe (don't need it, all inclusive and no worries) and headed for the beach. I've heard both good and bad about Hedo 2 but wanted to find out for ourselves since we are adventurous. The prude beach was quite had its own bar, grill, pools and beach front.
"We found all the laughter and people on the nude side"We walked past the Water Sports area where they offer scuba diving, boat trips, sail boats etc. and we could here a lot of laughter and music further down the beach, Yes! The nude side and off we went."What happens in Hedo, Stays In Hedo"I have to include in my Hedonism Resort review that what happens in Hedo stays in Hedo. This is a true vacation for your mind, body & soul and after a day. We met people from all over the world and quickly made friends. This was the friendliest resort we've been to date.
"We met great people in all professions at the resort"We went for a walk on the 7 mile stretch of Negril Beach and notice the other famous resorts were quite and there were no conversations, laughter coming from them. Back at Hedo we met doctors, pipefitter, business owners, police officers and fire fighters etc. These professional gave me a lot of information for my Hedonism trip report.
I found the bar tenders and entertainment staff friendly and believe it or not they were having a good time with us. It doesn't take them long to remember your name. Since this is an all-inclusive resort with a lot of drinking, I expected a lot of intoxicated people and problems, but found there was none.
One day we wanted some quite time and spent it at a small pool by ourselves and found it totally relaxing. My wife would generally get up early and set up the nest on the beach. We would spend the morning sun bathing on floats in the lagoon with our favorite beverages. When life back home is snow & cold, this doesn't get any better. We spent most of our time at the beach and ate lunch at the grill and would make our way to the pools for a change of pace in the afternoon. Oh yes! and get ready for the jerk chicken at the beach grill at 4:30p.m.
The sunset is awesome setting over Gilligan's Island (Where the lagoon scenes were shot.)
"Theme Nights are Awesome"
Every night has a theme dress such as Pirate booty, PJ party, Toga Party etc., Check out the theme costumes at Wicked Temptations. I can't leave this out of my Hedonism Trip Report. If you are a people watcher, you'll love this place. People go all out on their sexy attire where everything seems to go. My wife and I decided that we would like to come back. We had met several couples that had been there 7 to 20 times before.

The night music shows(House Band)were excellent and really enjoyed the Children of the Drums and the Fashion Show
My Hedonism Resort Review is simply: If you are looking for a getaway that will give your mind, body and soul a lift, this is it. We can't wait to go again.
I strongley recommend Hedo 2 should be on your to do list.
