I was told by the staff at Hedo 3. They encourage me to try it for myself. I could not resist because I'm a big coffee drinker. I love my coffee black and agreed with the staff. The coffee had a richness that I had never tasted before. I couldn't resist and had a few more cups over the four days the Blue Mountain coffee staff was at the resort.
