I have recently travelled to Malaysia and specifically to a place called Genting . Genting is a highland in Malaysia , about an hour drive from Kuala Lumpur (the capital of malaysia) .

Genting has been the best travel experience in my life. Reaching Genting is in itself an exciting experience. You can each the highlands either by road , i.e. by driving a car or in a taxi or else you can also go there via cable car.

The cable car journey is the most exciting part of the whole trip. It is the longest and fastest cable car ride in Asia. The cable car is especially exciting because you see dense Malaysian jungles when you look down from the cable car. These jungles are very thick and lush green. You can see varieties of vegetation and plats down. On reaching Genting, you will get amazed to see the whole gamut of resorts and hotels made on the hill.

There are 5 hotels totally in Gentign and they are huge. the biggest one, First World Hotel has about 6,000 rooms and yet when you reach there, you have to wait in queue for about 2 hours minimum to get inside the room. Such is the tourist attraction there. Once you check in your room you can move out to see the beauty of Genting Highlands. It is at a height of 3000 metres above sea level and the atmosphere is amazing. You can see clouds around you. Infact evenings are so hazy that you see clouds flying in the sky. That is the reason people do not like to be outside after 6 pm.

There are 2 theme parks in Genting. One is an outdoor park and the other is an Indoor park. The indoor park is like a huge mall which has amusement swing and rides for the family. You have other attractions there like snow world, wall climbing, 4D cinema etc. The outdoor theme park is out and out an amusement centre with rides for all age levels. Other than theme parks the biggest attraction is the 24 hour casino. This is the favourite spot of all tourists. It is very spacious and since it is the only attraction in Genting which is open all night, you find the maximum crowd there during midnight. This is all about Genting but you will experience the real thrill only if you are there amidst the fun and the beautiful scenery.
