Negril, Jamaica's Seven Mile Beach & Roots Bamboo

My favorite place to go is in the Carribian to Jamaica. Where else can you go in the world that is close to the US but still out far enough that you can look at the cleanest ocean water you will ever see in your life. I usually go to the West side of the island to the " Seven Mile " beach near Negril. Here the sand is so fine and clean it will take your breathe away to see such beauty on vacation. There are several resorts you can stay on on the beach. These can range from the ultra expensive like Couples or Beaches. To the very rustic. My favorite place is called " Roots Bamboo" it is family owned and sits right smack in the middle of 7- mile beach. It offers cabins that are rustic. Basic wood floors with a bathroom and a safe to lock your items in. But then how much time do you really spend in your room? A place like this is made to be spent lazing by the beach and soaking up the rays of the sun. If you get hot you can always wade out into the ocean and cool your self off. What better wayt o spend a vacation?
