Are you recruiting enough people into your organization? Do you have enough people to talk to. In the old model, I use to tell my upline manager and my team use to say this to me. "I don't have anyone to talk to." "My warm market is gone." "Your Prospect List is your Life Blood in the Business"Your prospect list is your life blood in the business. The larger the list the greater success you will have. It's not difficult math.
Network marketing prospects has been the main problem with distributors in this business. Once you run out of people to talk too and your list dwindles, your recruiting numbers go down. Many directors are not recruiting on a consistent bases and you will find an organization with a small or no existing list.

It doesn't really matter what model you use old or new in this business network marketing recruiting is a numbers game. A large list of names put you in a great postion. You don't need to chase the 20 names on your list begging them to join, when you have 150 names to go through on your list knowing there are a few people on the list that would be happy to join your opportunity.This completely changes how you feel about your business. While this occurs you list should have grown considerably and pretty soon you don't have enough time in the day to go through your list. That is a problem everyone in this business would love to have.
How do you increase your prospect list? The best way is to create a strong prospecting funnel is on the internet.
You need to learn internet network marketing tips so you can get your message to the masses. There will be certain number of people that will respond to your opportunity by using article marking, blogs, websites etc.
If you have found your list has been depleted, take the time to set up a new marketing strategy on the internet to have a huge list down the road. You will never have to say "I have no one to talk to" by creating network markeing leads online.
