I do not know what happen at your stay beacuse it was nothing like mine. Yes. We were transported by van but found the driver very entertaining. I have no complaints about our mini-bar and saw no evidence of refills from other bottles. I agree it depends on the type of groups that may be there but we did expierence what you did. Oh by the way I love NASCAR and have a tatoo.
I found the staff to be friendly and very attentive. I do agree with you thet Sandals Cay is great and have always found when the resorts are filled it hard to nest in that perfect spot by the beach or pool. I recommend trying the off season like the fall. At the end of your review I'm glad to see that you would consider another sandals again.
